Very accurate. Has adjustable rear sights. Was my duty weapon for years.
I should have about 2 or 3 15 rnd clips to go with it.

$300.00 OBO.

Do you need to file paper work when you purchase a
weapon from a private owner ?

Need? In Texas, no. Put down the cash, take the weapon.

There are restrictions are on the seller - the seller may not KNOWINGLY
transfer a weapon to someone ineligible to own one (underage, felon, under a
domestic restraining order, non-resident, smells funny, etc.).

This also applies at gun show private sales. Sometimes individuals rent a
table at gun show to adjust their collections (sell a few, buy a few).
Sometimes individuals walk around the show with a sign ("Ask me about my
Glockbaby"). No paperwork required in these cases either.

In Texas, you do not need a permit or license to own or purchase a weapon.
There is no restriction on how many weapons you may buy in any interval.

As of last September 1st, most people may carry a pistol in their car
subject to the following restrictions:
* The gun must be out of sight
* The car must be yours or one you control (rental, borrowed, etc.)
* You must not be a member of a gang
* You must not be involved in a crime other than a traffic violation.

The best bet, however, is a concealed handgun license. Total cost for the
license if about $250 ($100 for the class and $140 for the four-year
license - half price for seniors).

One more bit: For good advice, hook up to the "tx.guns" newsgroup. Lotsa
good stuff there.
