I have a Hughes SD DVR40 (DVR for Standard Definition DirecTV) that's
"surplus" now that I've converted over to HD. This DVR is great, but
will ONLY work with DirecTV, and the owner must "register" it with
DircTV in order to use it. The remote is included.... and the remote
often sells for $15 alone! It is NOT a device to circumvent
subscribing to DirecTV. I had two of them and gave one to my daughter,
and she reports that after getting an access card from DirecTV, it is
working fine for her. So this one is for sale..... asking $50, but
don't really know what the value is, so if I don't get any takers at
$50 I'll just take the best offer. My location is Alvin. If shipping
is required, I'm willing to do that but will add shipping costs to the
sale price.

You can contact me at my yahoo mailbox if interested, or have
questions.......... charliehoffp at yahoo dot com.
